AWESOME EXPERIENCE TO SEE ARTICLES OF MOHANJODARO ERA
on 25/07/18 i went to Ajmer to pay my best regards at Dargah but before we stop to see Akbar s palace and museum.its near to Agra gate of Ajmer city ,this fort was built by Mughal emperor Akbar in the year 1570 A.D. It is a square building , In the middle of the fort there is a beautiful audience chamber and a magnificent gateway towards the west facing the town, the fort was used as the residence of the emperor’s during their visit to Ajmer(Rajasthan,India) .
the king (Jahangir) use to come every morning to the Jharokha (Window) and shows himself to the common never refusing the poorest man’s complaints be hear’s with patience both parties. In this fort Sir Thomas roe, the accredited ambassador of King James I of England presented himself at Jahangir’s court and delivered his first official credentials on Jan., 10th 1615 A.D. .
(It was built by Akbar during his journey to Aargah Ajmer Shariff and here king Akbar and his Advisor had a secret meeting for Haldhi Ghati battle ,
now a days management has keep this place neat and clean and here facilities are there, you will find a gallery here which is very interesting ,here you will see toys ,articles and statues and ornaments of Mohan Jodaro era which is in Sindh Pakistan now a days,its 3000 BC Civilization ,also carving script on stone and many more interesting statue ,i have uploaded pic kindly see that you will all love to see these pic
1)Remember this monument will remain closed on every Monday
2) paid parking is there RS 20 for 2 hours
3)Timing is 08:45 am to 5:15 pm
4) Entry fees for Indian is RS 10 per person and foreigner is INR 50 per person
5) light and sound is there after 6 pm but remember timings keep changing as per winter and summer season
6)Its better to see this place in morning bcoz its near to Dargah then go to other place
7)There you will find also Rahomi inscription of Berli (Ajmer) assignable to 2nd century B.C. It is one of the earliest epigraph discovered in Rajasthan.
